Job Summary
We are a car repair workshop in Sin Ming seeking a Car Service Advisor to support customer service and vehicle coordination.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and document vehicle service needs
- Coordinate vehicle service schedules with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Provide clear updates to customers on service progress and completion
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions
- Assist in managing vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics
