Customer Service Officer

Job Description

* Answer customer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries.

* Schedule aircon servicing, maintenance, and repair appointments.

* Coordinate and assign daily jobs to technicians.

* Follow up with customers on appointments and service progress.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic service reports.

* Maintain customer records and update the company system.

* Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Requirements

* Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).

* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, email).

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Responsible, organized, and punctual.

* Experience in customer service or aircon industry is an advantage (training can be provided).
