Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and compliant Recruitment Professional to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and HR management, ensuring adherence to Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding to secure top talent.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with the Employment Agencies Act and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP) to maintain fair and lawful recruitment.
• Facilitate work pass applications (Employment Pass, S-Pass, Work Permit) and accurately complete administrative filings on the MOM portal to support workforce compliance.
• Advise hiring managers on market salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring timelines to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using MCF, LinkedIn, and internal databases, targeting both local and global candidates with niche skills.
• Apply knowledge of the Employment Act and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) to guide recruitment and ensure equitable hiring practices.
• Communicate effectively with senior management to influence recruitment decisions and promote organizational goals.
• Develop and manage HR initiatives to support staff understanding of business objectives and personal development needs.

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), either Basic or KAH, as mandated for recruitment professionals.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment within Singapore.

Other Information

• Can WFH (work from home) and contactable duing the office hours with daily and weekly reports and time sheet, just need to come to office for meeting when needed.
