Locum Pharmacist (Clementi, Up to $60/hr, Min 12 Hours A Week) #HJY

Location: Clementi
Duration: Long term locum
Salary: $40/hr - $60/hr

Working days and hours:
- Minimum of 2 hours per session, 12 hours per week (WEEKDAYS).

Job Description:
- Scope of work includes the management, storage, inventory and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices. This is a non-patient, and duties will be assigned on a rostering basis.
Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound Controlled Drugs, including required documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of Controlled Drugs Outbound orders, including required documentation.
- Support inventory management of Controlled Drugs, including replenishment, cycle-counting, stock-take, quarantine and disposal.
- Support operations for Medication Home Delivery Services, including inbound, fulfilment, outbound and inventory management as required.

Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid SPC and in active practice
- Min 1-2 years of handling of Controlled Drugs and/or Hospital/Retail Pharmacy
