SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations.
• Lead and guide service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work schedules.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally.
• Assist with inventory control, stock taking, ordering, and minimizing wastage.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Train and coach new and existing staff on service standards and operational procedures.
• Assist the manager with daily reports, sales monitoring, and other administrative duties.
• Support the team during peak periods and ensure efficient service flow.

Requirements

• No formal academic qualification required.
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of F&B service operations, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
