Sales Administrator

Working days: Monday - Friday + Alternate Half Sat WFH
Working hours: 9am - 6pm / 9am to 1pm(WFH)
Location: Marina Square (Promenade MRT)
Salary: $2500 - $2800

Key Responsibilities:

• To offer administrative and secretarial support to a team of Sales managers/Executives.
• To prepare quotations for the sales team.
• Request and negotiate quotations from suppliers.
• Compile and organize pricing documents for easy reference by the sales team.
• Organize and manage daily filing of sales-related documents, ensuring smooth access and retrieval.
• Preparation and compilation of pre-and-post-tender documentation and correspondence.
• To upkeep sales records and ad hoc data entries.
• Coordinate mock-up arrangements with the project team.
• To assist in issuing mock-up Delivery and Collection Orders, and arranging transportation.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably within a sales environment.
