About this job
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of and ensure compliance with departmental policies, standards, and service procedures.
- Supervise the proper use, handling, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and devices to ensure they are maintained in good working condition.
- Analyse guests’ requirements and prepare appropriate plans to resolve customer service-related issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor employee morale, performance, and conduct, and conduct annual performance appraisals.
- Oversee the collection and submission of payroll-related documents, attendance records, and leave forms to the Human Resources Department.
- Ensure that daily departmental operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards and procedures.
