Warehouse Assistant

• Position: Warehouse Assistant

• Location: Kaki Bukit

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Overtime Pay + Variable Bonus (1-Month) + Medical Benefit

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Marine engine spare parts

Main Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, label and store goods accurately according to orders.

• Receive, inspect and check incoming goods.

• Weigh and pack products using appropriate packaging materials and carton sizes.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock matters with Sales Coordinators.

• Operate a forklift when required, subject to valid certification.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

• Assist with annual stock takes and report stock discrepancies where required.

• Support product repacking or minor repair activities where applicable.

• Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least one to two years of relevant warehouse, packing or storekeeping experience.

• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse and physical duties.

• Basic computer literacy for inventory or stock updates.

• Valid forklift licence would be advantageous.

• Class 3 driving licence would be advantageous if delivery duties are required.

• Able to work accurately and follow warehouse safety procedures.
