Domestic Helper Placement Consultant

Full job description

We're hiring a results-driven Domestic Helper Placement Consultant to join our sales team, full-time. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients seeking domestic help — understanding their needs, matching them with the right candidates, and delivering an exceptional service experience. This role is critical to our growth, directly shaping Redline Employment's client base and reputation as a trusted name in domestic help. Employees who are effective will have opportunities to eventually lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business from prospective clients/employers
• Consult with clients/employers to understand their household requirements and preferences
• Source, screen and match candidates/domestic helpers to client needs
• Present candidate/domestic helper profiles with clear, relevant recommendations
• Negotiate service terms, pricing and contracts
• Manage client/employers records and relationships to drive retention and repeat business
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets (incentive and commission-linked)
• Provide post-placement follow-up to ensure successful, lasting placements
• Represent Redline professionally at every touchpoint
• Gather client/employers and candidate/helper's feedback to improve service quality

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales, recruitment, or domestic services industry
• Strong consultative selling skills — able to understand needs and tailor solutions
• Excellent communication skills; confident building rapport with diverse clients
• Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office
• Self-directed, but a strong team collaborator
• Highly organised, with the attention to detail to manage multiple accounts at once
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Malay is a strong advantage for client communication
• Genuine commitment to service quality and successful placements
• Sales, business development or HR qualifications preferred, not required with sufficient relevant experience
• CEI certification required by start date, or within a defined period — training will be provided
