Retail Executive

Job Summary

Drive sales by engaging customers with product knowledge and suggestive selling. Provide prompt service, handle complaints and after-sales support, manage inventory and stock receipt, oversee cash transactions, and communicate customer feedback to the Retail Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers actively to drive sales through suggestive selling and sharing detailed product knowledge
• Deliver prompt and efficient service to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate repairs, servicing, and after-sales support effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock receipt to maintain accurate merchandise availability
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely during sales
• Collect and share customer feedback with the Retail Store Manager to support service improvements
