Supply Chain Specialist

Responsible for SAP master data management and supplier coordination, supply chain planning, MRP execution, material management to support company operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and timely management of material master data in SAP, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

• Track & Coordinate master data creation, extension, modification, and inactivation activities across cross-functional teams, with QA, Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing, MSAT and global teams.

• Manage end-to-end master data requests, including material code creation, extension, revision

• Monitor master data quality through regular reviews and drive corrective actions.

• Execute and coordinate MRP processes to support production schedules and material availability.

• Responsible for day-to-day material management, ensuring material stock is available as required.

• Support SAP-related activities within the supply chain workstream.

• Monitor and report supply chain planning KPIs.

• Collaborate with suppliers, QA, Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing, MSAT and global teams to support material readiness.

• Other SCM related tasks assigned by supervisor.

About You:

• 1-3 years supply chain planning or material management experience.

• SAP/ERP experience preferred.

• Knowledge of master data governance, material master creation, extension and maintenance preferred

• Understanding of GMP, warehouse and purchasing processes.

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in preparing reports, communications and operational documentation is preferred.
