Talent Acquisition Specialist

Industry: Accounting & Audit Firm (SME) | Location: West, Jurong

• S$3,000 – S$3,500 basic + Up to 2 months bonus

• 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM

An established Singapore corporate service provider offering company incorporation, accounting, corporate secretarial and compliance services. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and manage our recruitment activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Handle offer discussions and recruitment documentation.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job portals.

• CEI-certified preferred.
