Special Process Operator

• Up S$3,500 Basic + AWS (1 Month) + Bonus (Up to 2.5 Months)
• Night Shift Allowance: S$14 per Night
• Flexi Benefits: S$500 per Year
• Work 4 Days, Off 2 Days | Rotating Shift Every 2 Weeks
• 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Work Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Special Process Operator to perform thermal spray and GEL coating processes for the repair of gas turbine and aero-derivative engine components. This role also supports various surface treatment processes while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• 3 years of manufacturing or special process experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating on gas turbine and aero-derivative engine components.
• Follow work instructions to carry out assigned processes, including blasting, polishing, and heat treatment.
• Ensure product quality while meeting production targets and schedules.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper housekeeping within the work area.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report any unsafe practices or conditions immediately.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
