PROJECT ENGINEER

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Engineer to provide after sales customer service to our customer. Working with operation department and liaising with our customer to ensure our customer needs are fulfilled in the shortest possible time and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your Role

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare service proposals, quotations, and spare parts recommendations.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise service activities and technicians' daily assignments.
• Maintain accurate service reports, records, and timesheets.
• Investigate customer feedback and escalate recurring technical issues for product improvement.
• Develop and implement improvements to customer service and support processes.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure project and service requirements are met.
• Conduct product and technical training for customers.
• Maintain technical manuals, documentation, and service records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of project engineering or project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automation, machine building, precision engineering, or manufacturing projects.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
