About the Role

We are seeking passionate and people-oriented Health & Wellness Coaches to support a national wellness programme aimed at encouraging healthier lifestyles within the community. This is a meaningful role with no sales targets, ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and making a positive impact on their well-being.

Summary

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 530pm

• Islandwide Singapore (Hawker Centre)

• HPB programme from immediate until end Dec 2026 (Subjected to extension)

• No experience needed, training provided

Job Scope:

• Conduct basic health assessments (body metrics, blood pressure)

• Facilitate 1-to-1 coaching sessions to understand client goals

• Provide simple, practical guidance on nutrition and physical activity

• Encourage and motivate clients to adopt healthier habits

• Record and update client information accurately in the system

• Ensure professionalism and positive engagement with participants

Requirement:

• Basic understanding of health metrics and wellness principles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable engaging and motivating individuals
