x5 Pharmacy Technician (Fulltime, $2500-$3000)

Transport: Company transport provided from Jurong East / Clementi MRT

Working Hours:

• Week A: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm; Sat, 7:30am–1:30pm
• Week B: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm; Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
• Alternate Saturdays
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts when required

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check, repack and manage pharmacy stock and medication orders.
• Process prescriptions and perform quality checks before packing for delivery.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock take.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and handle any delivery-related issues.
• Support pharmacy automation, IT systems and quality improvement projects.
• Assist with staff training and daily pharmacy operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in medication delivery, outpatient pharmacy or pharmacy automation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work well in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with team leadership or operations experience may be considered for a senior role.
