Admin Executive

• Acting as Project Admin / PRO / CRO to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and site team to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, correspondence, submissions, reports and other project records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on documentation, progress submissions, claims, delivery orders, invoices and outstanding matters.
• Assist the project team with preparation and submission of progress claims, supporting documents, payment records and related commercial paperwork.
• Maintain project trackers covering submissions, approvals, deliveries, outstanding documents and key administrative activities.
• Support project scheduling and reporting by compiling updates, information and documentation from relevant project personnel.
• Handle project correspondence and ensure documents are properly distributed, recorded and followed up with the relevant parties.
• Coordinate procurement and administrative requirements for the project, including purchase documentation, supplies and site office requirements.
• Organise and maintain project filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately recorded, securely stored and readily available when required.
• Assist with project meetings, audits and other site administrative activities while coordinating closely with internal teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors
