Job Summary

Support warehouse operations by preparing reports, coordinating team schedules, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance, assisting audits, and driving process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational reports, documents, and presentations to enable informed management decision-making
• Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and communication to maintain smooth workflow and collaboration
• Monitor and track inventory levels, stock movements, and productivity reports to ensure operational accuracy
• Support warehouse supervisors in manpower and resource planning to optimize workforce allocation and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in conducting audits and risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to reduce operational risks
• Propose and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and performance

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse or operations support
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
