3 Months Temp Contact Centre Assistan - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Novena

Duration: 3 months, renewable

Salary: $12/hour

Working Hours: Office Hours, 5.25 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients' and visitors' enquiries via phone and in person.
• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information on hospital services, appointments and general enquiries.
• Assist patients with appointment-related enquiries and direct them to the relevant departments.
• Record and follow up on enquiries where necessary.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to patients and visitors.
• Perform basic administrative and data-entry duties.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling patients and members of the public.
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
