About this job
- Assist customers in creating accounts & downloading the app
- Guide them on using the app & navigating the microsite
- Help customers with Q-matic system & issuing Q tickets
- Support SIM & router exchanges + eSIM activations
- Assist with prepaid top-ups & general inquiries
Working days & hours: 5 days in a week (Fixed Tues& Wed Off), 12-9pm (1 hour break)
