Job Summary

Manage the full cycle of performing artiste coordination, including show list arrangement, rehearsals, auditions, role allocation, and collaboration with producers to optimize performance scheduling and quality.

Responsibilities

• Arrange show lists and coordinate performers for scheduled events to ensure smooth production flow
• Manage rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to evaluate candidates for performing artiste roles
• Assess individual performers’ strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall performance quality
• Collaborate with producers to schedule artiste performance time slots and adjust as needed to meet production demands
• Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and updates effectively
• Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards during live shows
• Coordinate with fellow artistes and band members to fine-tune performances, ensuring readiness and excellence on stage
• Cultivate and strengthen teamwork among performers to support cohesive and dynamic productions
