Locum Senior Audiologist - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostic tests for patients across the lifespan, with a focus on elderly patients with hearing loss and auditory-related disorders.
• Perform aural toilet procedures and determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Conduct hearing aid fitting and prescription.
• Provide counselling and guidance to patients and their families on hearing and communication management.
• Provide tinnitus counselling and vestibular testing where required.
• Deliver preventive services and community clinic consultations.
• Refer patients to additional medical services when necessary.
• Supervise and train newly joined Audiologists and Audiology Technicians.

Administrative & Organisational Duties

• Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
• Perform daily equipment calibration and assist with machine maintenance.
• Manage stocks and hearing aid inventory.
• Maintain department statistics and prepare monthly workload reports.
• Issue tax invoices to the relevant departments.
• Maintain work instructions and policy documents.
• Support ad hoc industrial and hearing screening activities.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Audiology or Master of Science (Audiology).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical audiology experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Eligible for membership with the Singapore, British, Australian, or American Audiological Societies.
• Certificate of Competence or Clinical Certificate from the relevant Audiological Society is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
