In House TA Specialist/Recruiter (Semiconductor)

The Client is the world leading semiconductor company from US in Singapore. We are hiring below recruitment roles:

• Employment Type: 12 months Contract (Renewable)
• Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with both in-house corporate and recruitment agency experience. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and proactively source, engage, and attract suitable talent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify, assess and present qualified candidates for roles at various levels.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to hiring stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Prepare offer proposals and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and follow applicable regulations and company policies.
• Track recruitment metrics and conduct market mapping to support hiring decisions.
• Support recruitment events, employer branding and talent engagement activities.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices, mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• At least 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing recruitment across different job levels and functions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to use recruitment data and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment and hiring regulations.
• Experience in campus recruitment, employer branding or talent pipelining.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
