Team Admin Assistant (Oil and Gas MNC / Team Support / West Side)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client - US MNC in Oil and Gas industry
• We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant (12 months contract)
• Office Location: West

The Talent:

• Experienced in office admin or related roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
• Strong administrative coordination abilities
• Knowledge on SAP system and purchase-to-pay process is preferred

Job Description

• Manage PRs, POs, vendor coordination, and procurement-related activities, including SAP, EzyPay, and Evolve transactions.
• Coordinate vendor/visitor access, site visits, and maintenance-related scheduling, ensuring valid PO coverage and approvals.
• Process and verify GRs, FOAs, invoices, and withholding tax requirements; resolve related billing discrepancies with vendors and third-party labs.
• Maintain documentation, filing, and records, including calibration reports, COAs, and payment supporting documents.
• Arrange freight/logistics for overseas sample shipments and support other administrative duties as assigned.
