Field Service Engineer (Training Provided)

Job Description

• Install, test, and calibrate AMHS equipment during the initial phase of a project.

• Carry out regular inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance after the initial phase of the project.

• Perform troubleshooting and recovery tasks to minimize AMHS downtime.

• Conduct on-the-job training for new and junior members when required.

• Prepare service and maintenance reports for submission to customers and internal quality control.

• Liaise with customers to arrange job schedules and provide updates on work progress.

• Supervise subcontractors carrying out installation and mechanical modification works.

• Coordinate with company logistics support staff on parts ordering and delivery.
  

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field.

• Able to work in cleanroom environments and support long working hours when required.

• A team player with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

• Able to understand the current work situation and plan work ahead to keep pace with the schedule.

• Experience in cleanrooms or AMHS equipment is a strong advantage.

• Willing to be on 24-hour rotating standby for possible equipment breakdowns at customer sites.
