Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations for company.
- Drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives, including AI implementation, process automation, and business intelligence solutions.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of IT systems to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, including system implementation, optimisation, user support, and process integration.
- Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption across the business.
- Work closely with all departments to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve processes.
- Manage IT vendors, software providers, cybersecurity, system maintenance, and IT governance.
- Develop the company’s long-term IT roadmap and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Build and lead the internal IT team while providing technical guidance and support to end users.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, and recommend solutions that create measurable business value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant IT experience, with proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, systems, and operations.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP, including implementation, system optimisation, troubleshooting, user support, and integration with business processes.
- Proven track record in digital transformation, including AI adoption, process automation, business intelligence, and technology-driven process improvement.
- Strong experience in IT project management, with ability to manage projects from planning and implementation through to successful user adoption.
- Experience in managing IT vendors, software providers, consultants, and external technology partners.
- Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring an internal IT team including providing technical guidance and end-user support.
