Temp Clinical Admin Assistant (MNC) #HZO

Salary: $2500
Duration: 6 months
Location: Changi (With Pick up)

Job Scope:

• * Provide administrative and coordination support for clinical reach and healthcare-related operations.
• * Coordinate clinical trial/healthcare logistics, including shipment arrangements, documentation, scheduling and tracking.
• * Liaise with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
• * Maintain accurate records, databases and relevant clinical/operational documentation.
• * Track requests, follow up on outstanding matters and provide regular status updates.
• * Ensure documentation and processes comply with internal SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• * Support reporting, billing/invoicing, data entry and other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• - Min. Diploma in any field
• - Good in excel
