Marketing Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our Business Development & Marketing team. The intern will assist in maintaining marketing materials, developing digital and social media content, supporting business strategy initiatives, and coordinating marketing activities and client engagements.

This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing, digital communications, and business development within Singapore’s growing mobility and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain marketing collaterals, including the company profile and list of track record.

• Research and recommend strategies to enhance MSI’s client appeal, particularly in emerging areas such as AI, through platforms like the company website and LinkedIn.

• Support content ideation and generation for weekly social media content calendars.

• Assist in preparing marketing and strategy decks to support business growth plans.

• Organise and maintain past consultancy service contracts and related documentation.

• Support the team in planning and executing exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.

• Assist with website updates, digital campaigns, and analytics reporting as needed.

• Support Business Development activities, including coordinating and facilitating client visits to the Singapore Rail Test Centre (SRTC).

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with LinkedIn and website CMS tools is a plus.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in technology, transport, and AI-driven innovations is an advantage.
