Job Description

Closio Catalyst is hiring a Junior Events & Marketing Trainee to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.

The role provides practical training in event coordination, marketing, customer engagement, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and roadshows.

• Assist with event setup, customer engagement, and on-site activities.

• Engage with customers and provide information about products and services.

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Assist with customer acquisition and lead generation activities.

• Gather customer feedback and relevant market information.

• Work with team members to achieve campaign and event objectives.

• Represent client brands professionally during events and marketing activities.

• Attend training and coaching sessions to develop event and marketing skills.

Requirements

• Interest in events, marketing, customer engagement, or sales.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and receive training.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working at events and engaging with customers.

• Previous experience in events, marketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
