Marketing & Events Associate (Training Provided)

Closio Catalyst is hiring a Marketing & Events Associate to support marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.

This role involves supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities, engaging with customers, and working with the team to deliver campaign and event objectives. Training and coaching will be provided to help you develop practical marketing, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.

• Assist with event setup and on-site marketing activities.

• Engage with customers and provide information about products and services.

• Support customer acquisition and promotional activities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Gather customer feedback and relevant market information.

• Work with team members to achieve campaign and event objectives.

• Represent client brands professionally during marketing activities.

• Attend training and coaching sessions related to marketing, events, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing, events, customer engagement, or sales.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and receive training.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable engaging with customers in person.

• Previous experience in events, marketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
