Programmes Coordinator (Museum Education)

We are looking for a proactive Programmes Coordinator to join a museum-based learning programme that brings Singapore’s heritage and multicultural history to life for young learners.

• Up to $3,200 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Central Area / Paya Lebar

What to expect:

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of museum education programmes.
• Manage school registrations, bookings and programme schedules, while responding to enquiries from schools, visitors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the publication and promotion of museum programmes ahead of each academic year.
• Support the development and co-design of programme activities, including the procurement of educational resources and materials.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate programme logistics, operations and on-site arrangements.
• Maintain accurate programme records and data to support programme planning, implementation and evaluation
• Collect and consolidate feedback from programme participants, and prepare reports for programme reviews and ad-hoc requirements.
• Support other programme and community gallery-related duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 2 years of experience in Programme Management ideally within Museums/Exhibitions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
