Outdoor Sales Executive (Lighting / Building Materials)

• Position: Outdoor Sales Executive (Lighting / Building Materials)
• Location: Joo Chiat
• Working hours: 6 days work week, Monday - Saturday 10.00am to 7.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $5,000 (Basic up to $4000 + Commission) + Transport Allowance, if required + Company Phone
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Lighting / Building Materials / Interior Products

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through cold calling, client visits and market outreach.
• Expand market reach and grow sales opportunities for lighting products.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide lighting product advice, presentations and onsite consultation.
• Liaise with contractors, business owners, interior designers and architects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support revenue growth.
• Prepare weekly sales progress reports and field updates.
• Maintain good customer service and resolve client issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in lighting, building materials or interior-related products will be advantageous.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales, client visits and onsite consultations.
• Good communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be advantageous.
• Target-driven, independent and able to follow up with customers closely.
