Sales Manager (Lighting / Building Materials)

• Position: Sales Manager (Lighting / Building Materials)

• Location: Joo Chiat

• Working hours: 6 days work week, Monday - Saturday -10.00am to 7.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross $7000 (Basic up to $5000 + Commission) + Transport Allowance, if required + Company Phone

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Lighting / Building Materials / Interior Products

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through cold calling, client visits and market outreach.

• Expand market reach and grow sales opportunities for lighting products.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Provide lighting product advice, presentations and consultation to clients.

• Work with interior designers, architects, contractors and business owners.

• Attend onsite visits to provide lighting consultation when required.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support revenue growth.

• Prepare weekly sales progress reports and field updates.

• Train and guide new sales executives.

• Manage showroom operations and align team goals with management expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant lighting sales experience.

• Experience selling lighting, building materials or interior-related products will be advantageous.

• Experience working with interior designers, architects and contractors will be advantageous.

• Comfortable with outdoor sales, client visits and onsite consultations.

• Good communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be advantageous.

• Target-driven and able to manage both sales activities and showroom operations.
