At Xtremax, we build mission-critical digital platforms and software solutions for public sector and enterprise clients. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on technology professional to join our project delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and administer SharePoint Online sites, intranet portals, collaboration spaces, document libraries, lists, permissions, and information architecture
- Set up, configure, and support SharePoint on-premises environments, including SharePoint 2013 and later versions
- Plan and execute SharePoint upgrades and migrations from SharePoint 2013 to later versions or SharePoint Online
- Plan and execute end-to-end migrations from SG-DCS and other legacy SharePoint platforms to SharePoint Online, including discovery, assessment, remediation, migration execution, validation, cutover, and hypercare
- Use migration tools such as ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or equivalent tools to migrate and validate content, permissions, metadata, and site structures
- Build custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Microsoft Graph API
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to digitise business processes and reduce manual effort
- Implement Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions where appropriate
- Gather business requirements, analyse existing processes, and translate needs into solution designs and delivery plans
- Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise applications using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and secure integration patterns
- Support document and records management requirements covering metadata, retention, access control, auditability, and compliance
- Implement secure identity and access integration using Microsoft Entra ID, delegated permissions, app registrations, and least-privilege practices
- Use Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and related Azure services to support secure and observable workplace solutions
- Maintain development workflows using Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and Postman
- Use AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio responsibly to support development, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and user adoption
- Provide stakeholder engagement, user support, solution documentation, training materials, and adoption guidance
- Work in Agile delivery teams to design, build, test, release, and continuously improve digital workplace capabilities
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience developing SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and digital workplace solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience setting up and supporting SharePoint on-premises environments, including SharePoint 2013 and later versions
- Experience planning and executing SharePoint upgrades and migrations, including assessment, remediation, testing, and cutover support
- Hands-on experience with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or equivalent SharePoint migration tools
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience delivering SharePoint-based intranet, collaboration, document management, and records management solutions
- Practical experience with SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Microsoft Graph API
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Monitor
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms, and Dataverse
- Practical AI literacy and ability to use AI-assisted tools responsibly across requirements analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and support
- Experience working in Agile teams and supporting backlog refinement, sprint delivery, testing, release planning, and continuous improvement
- Preferred experience in large-scale SharePoint modernization and migration involving SG-DCS, SharePoint 2013, or other legacy collaboration platforms
- Preferred experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Government Commercial Cloud, compliance, records management, and information governance
