Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and coordination support for clinical reach and healthcare operations
• Coordinate clinical trial / healthcare logistics including shipments, documentation, scheduling and tracking
• Liaise with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records, databases and operational documentation
• Track requests and follow up on outstanding matters
• Prepare regular status updates and reports
• Ensure documentation follows internal SOPs, quality and regulatory requirements
• Support Excel reporting, data entry and database updates
• Assist with billing and invoicing administration
• Provide general administrative support to the team
