Great opportunity to join an established MNC supporting customer accounts, sales orders, repair quotations and order fulfilment in a technical / engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, amendments and engineering changes accurately in the ERP system
• Prepare customer repair quotations and follow up on approvals to support sales targets
• Provide regular updates to customers on repair / parts status through weekly and customised reports
• Monitor customer orders and business activities through to completion
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, expedite orders and manage shipment schedules
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain customer profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the ERP system
• Prepare and update Repair Capability Listings / Catalogues
• Review purchase orders and contracts, resolve discrepancies and ensure PO requirements are met
• Support customer RFQ processes and financial modelling activities
• Prepare departmental reports for management review
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes
• Provide backup support within the Customer Service team

🚌 Company transport: Pick-up arrangements available from selected MRT / locations including Tampines, Pasir Ris, Sengkang and Kranji, subject to designated routes.
