Perm Customer Service & Order Management/Processing Executive (East) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage end to end sales order processing in the ERP system, including new orders, amendments and engineering changes; ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Provide regular updates to customers on order and parts status; prepare customised reports and follow through on enquiries until resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues, expedite orders and manage shipment schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing service issues, managing escalations appropriately and ensuring agreed requirements are fulfilled.
• Review purchase orders, contracts and customer requirements to identify discrepancies; maintain customer profiles, pricing and product repair information in the ERP system.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes, management reporting and other operational initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
