AI Business Partner

Role Overview

The AI Business Partner serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the adoption and delivery of AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and business outcomes. This role partners closely with functional leaders to identify opportunities, define use cases, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic AI Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and identify AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices.
• Develop business cases and ROI assessments for AI initiatives.

AI Use Case Development

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and Generative AI opportunities across business functions.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover automation, prediction, and decision-support opportunities.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Build and manage AI project pipelines.

Program Delivery

• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and IT teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Drive end-to-end implementation from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and change management activities.
• Track project performance and value realization.

Change Management & Adoption

• Promote AI awareness and digital transformation across the organization.
• Develop user adoption strategies and training programs.
• Act as an internal AI advocate and trusted advisor.
• Support governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Market & Technology Insights

• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, GenAI platforms, and industry trends.
• Evaluate AI vendors, tools, and partnership opportunities.
• Recommend innovative solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, product management, analytics, or technology-related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving data, analytics, AI, or automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Experience developing business cases, ROI models, and strategic recommendations.
