We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for managing and preparing project budgets, conducting cost analysis and liaising with clients across our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Budget controlling
- Deal with subcon / supplier
- Issue VO
- Filling
- Material ordering
- Procurement list
- Submission of Permit
- Documentaries
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ERP system
