QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Quantity Surveyor (Architectural)

• Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts
• Administration of tenders - prepare Quotation, tender and contract documents including Bill of Quantities, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
• Final Account Preparations
• Take-off quantity, prepare bill of quantity, cost estimation for tender & on-going projects
• Monitor project delivery to ensure materials are in accordance to contractual terms and conditions
• Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information
• Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents
• Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc.
• Attend site meetings (if required) and assist supervisors in letter/report writing correspondences
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Manager

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Possess minimum 2 years of working experience in local construction industry
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with people of all levels
• Preferred to be bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and colleagues)
