About this job
You will be required to:
- Communicate with customers regarding repair and replacement options and provide excellent customer service
- diagnose and perform repair works
- perform basic servicing and wear tear replacment parts
- be a team player and able to work independently
- troubleshoot and recommend corrective work actions
- plan and execute jobs properly and ensuring that jobs are carried out safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm) Saturday (9.00am - 4.30pm)
