About Our Client
Our client is a growing Singapore-based investment group with interests in hospitality and real estate assets across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new property and investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis.
• Support acquisitions, financing and transaction execution.
• Coordinate due diligence with external professional advisers.
• Monitor existing assets and identify opportunities to enhance portfolio returns.
• Prepare investment papers, market research and performance updates.
• Support senior management on strategic investment initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.
• Min 4 years’ experience in real estate investment, asset management, corporate finance or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of property investments and transaction processes.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
