Service Advisor

Job Description (Commercial Vehicle)

• Attend to customer at frontline and all phone call received.
• Create quotations for all customer's repair and advise them accordingly.
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
• Invoice and collect payment from customers for service rendered.
• Maintain cutomer records and enter data into computer databases

Requirement

• Provide simplified and quality services to all customers professionally.
• Work as a team closely to fill up any possible gaps.
• Embrace self responsibilities for all customer and strive for continuous improvment.

Qualification

• Seconday School.
• 1 year and above experience

Must be willing to work in Tuas
