Technical Trainee

Job Summary

Support the Technical Executive and Technical Manager in warranty administration, technical matters, record maintenance, and departmental coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Technical Department

Primary Purpose and Function

• Co-ordinate with Central Workshop on execution of Fixed-It-Right policy by fast turnaround of customers' vehicles through accurate diagnosis, technical guidance and quality repair.
• Support timely and accurate warranty submission to principals (Isuzu and JAC).
• Support timely reporting of recall and campaign status to principals (Isuzu and JAC).
• Support Service Advisors in preparation of quotations for key accounts/ fleet customers in accordance to set processes, where required.
• Handle and assist Workshop in come-back-jobs.
• Ensure warranty reimbursement is received timely from principals.
• Support NVP coordinator on rectifying of new trucks faults and execution of quarantine notices and campaigns prior to delivery to customers.
• Any other matters as required or assigned by supervisor/superior.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma
• DMS, EPC, OEM certifications

Must be willing to work in Tuas.
