HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manpowerplanning: Forecast, plan, and deploy manpower resources across constructionsites to meet project timelines.

Recruitment & onboarding: Source, interview, and hire site workers,engineers, and office staff; manage onboarding and induction programs.

Payroll & workforce administration: Oversee payroll systems, overtimecalculations, CPF contributions, and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Compliance & permits: Handle MOM permit applications, renewals, and ensureadherence to employment laws and safety regulations.

Training & development: Develop training programs for site safety,technical skills, and leadership development.

Employee relations: Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and fosterpositive workplace culture.

Performance management: Implement appraisal systems, monitor KPIs, and supportcareer progression.

Stakeholder communication: Prepare HR reports for management, liaise withcontractors, and support project managers.
