We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the store, drive sales growth, maintain high standards of customer service, and lead the store team effectively. Knowledge of halal practices will be considered an added advantage, especially in ensuring products and services meet the necessary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory, customer service, and staff management.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Handle product ordering, receiving, and merchandising based on store needs.
• Monitor store performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Where applicable, ensure that products comply with halal standards, and assist customers with halal-related inquiries.
• Shift work and requires to work in multiple locations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Basic understanding of retail management systems (POS, inventory software, etc.).
• Knowledge of halal practices and certification standards is a strong advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
