Architectural Assistant (P1)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist architects in developing architectural concepts, design proposals, and project documentation.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, layouts, and details using AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant software.
• Assist with 3D modelling, rendering, and presentation materials for design proposals.
• Support the preparation of submission drawings and documentation for relevant authorities.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections when required.
• Assist with material selection, specifications, and design research.
• Revise drawings and documentation based on project requirements and feedback.
• Ensure drawings and project documents are accurate, updated, and properly organised.
• Assist with project coordination and follow up on outstanding design or documentation matters.
• Perform other architectural and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, design principles, and construction documentation.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organised with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
• Willing to conduct site visits and support project requirements when required.
