F&B Service Crew - Part Time & Full Time

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the hospitality team at Treetops Executive Residences' in the Orchard Central Region as a full-time Waiter. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

(Breakfast & Lunch Shift)

Job Description:

• Prepare dining area setup for meal periods.
• Answer phone calls to take reservations or to-go orders, and greet, seat, and thank guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
• Perform breakfast preparation duties, including preparing cereals, and other related breakfast tasks.
• Take orders, serve patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level qualification in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
• Fresh trainees who have completed their internship are welcome to apply.
• Strong passion for customer service.
• Able to work breakfast and lunch shifts only.
