Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, implement, and support enterprise cybersecurity solutions for clients across various industries
• Work closely with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to deploy secure and reliable infrastructure and security systems
• Support security operations activities including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident investigation, and remediation
• Configure, maintain, and optimize security technologies such as endpoint protection, SIEM, identity security, network security, and related platforms
• Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities
• Assist in identifying security gaps and implementing practical solutions to enhance overall security posture
• Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security into operational and application environments
• Evaluate and implement new security tools and technologies to improve operational effectiveness and cyber resilience

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems, or network engineering roles
• Candidates with infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or software development backgrounds who are keen to transition into cybersecurity are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, networking, operating systems, cloud environments, or security technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within project teams
