Responsibilities
- Taking off quantities for tendering.
- Pricing of bills & quantities.
- Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for subcontractors.
- Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
- Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
- Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/ Structural, Construction Management, or its equivalent
